Sea Etiquette and Onboard Behavior:
Assisting neighboring boats with fenders or mooring lines during docking is encouraged.
You are not only a participant in the journey but also a member of the crew.
Treat other crew members with respect and be ready to assist when needed.
Smoking is prohibited inside cabins and within the yacht.
Wait for the Captain’s permission before boarding the yacht for the first time.
The captain of the vessel is an official responsible for the safety of the ship and the crew.
All of the Captain’s orders must be followed immediately.
Discussions of the Captain’s actions and orders are only allowed on land.
Rules for Using the Life Jacket:
All crew members are provided with personal life jackets while on the boat.
The life jacket must be worn upon the Captain’s command, during increased wind and waves, or if you feel more comfortable wearing it.
During nighttime, under any conditions, all crew members in the cockpit or on deck must wear life jackets and be secured with safety harnesses and lifelines.
The Captain has the right to disembark any crew member for failure to follow orders and for violating the onboard rules.
If the crew is not onboard by the Captain’s set departure time, the Captain has the right to decide to remain in port. In this case, the crew will be responsible for the mooring costs.
Every crew member must know where fire-fighting equipment is stored and how to use it.
Minimize the use of open flames on the yacht. If any signs of a potential fire appear, immediately notify the Captain.
Do not leave flammable materials near the stove, and do not hang any items over it.
Do not dry clothes on the ship's engine.
Always turn off lights and electrical appliances when leaving the cabin.
The soles of your shoes must be clean and non-marking for walking on the yacht.
Rules for Moving Around the Vessel During Sea Travel:
Do not obstruct the boat's steering and do not block the helmsman's view.
When moving around the boat, always hold onto stationary, secured objects.
Do not step on ropes or unsecured items.
Going ashore is only allowed upon the Captain's command after mooring is completed.
Do not insert your hands or feet between the boat's hull and the pier, or between the hulls of other boats.
Before going to sea, personal belongings and shared items should be secured in their places; portholes and hatches must be closed.
When descending from the cockpit to the saloon, always do so backward and hold onto the handrails.
Do not stand on the guardrails or railings.
When moving on deck, inform the Captain of your intentions and wait for their permission.
Adhere to the sleep schedule set by the Captain.
Each crew member is responsible for the safety of their personal belongings.
During nighttime stays (at anchor or in a marina), listening to music or making noise isprohibited after 10:00 PM.
Do not give advice to neighboring boats during their docking.
Alcohol, Smoking, Narcotics, and Hallucinogens:
Consumption of alcohol during or prior to the voyage is prohibited.
Individuals under the influence of alcohol or narcotics are not allowed onboard and may be disembarked at the Captain's discretion.
Carrying, storing, or using narcotics or hallucinogens onboard is strictly forbidden.
It is prohibited to throw paper, personal hygiene products, or any other items into the toilet.
When preparing food during a sea voyage, fill soups or hot drinks to 2/3 of the container.
For using high-consumption appliances, shore power (220V) is required.
Meal preparation and dishwashing are done by the crew members in turn.
Always clean up after yourself.
Throwing trash overboard is strictly forbidden.
The salon is a shared space.
Crew members are not allowed to use the radio or navigation equipment without the Captain's command.
Crew members who are not involved in the mooring process are prohibited from interfering with other crew members and obstructing their view.
Do not resolve conflicts in the presence of other crew members, on the deck, or near the yacht.
After using the shower, turn on the water drainage pump.
